Hands-On Experience Makes All the Difference
For many years, new golf course construction was the mainstay of the industry. Kipp like many of the top architects today, started as a virtual intern and worked his way up to lead designer while working for and with architect Gene Bates and PGA greats, Fred Couples and Johnny Miller.
Kipp was personally involved with all these projects, with both the design and in field. Nothing replaces hands-on experience and he was grateful for the opportunities to grow his skills throughout the country with Gene Bates and these PGA stars.
